Mila and and her baby sister Famke came to visit this afternoon. Famke stayed inside and did baby things with my sister Beth while I played out in the backyard with Mila.

Even more fun (and more tiring) than last year.

 

We’ve been having a nice time taking it easy around the house. I’m still sleeping a lot, but when I’m awake I’m looking around at all the wonderful things to see. I’ve also been out a few times in the pram - apparent I look a lot like Annalena did when she was in the same pram: compare the photo of me below with her at a similar age.

 

This morning we all went down to the St Kilda Farmers market where we got lots and lots of yummy food: fresh goats cheese, Mexican chillies, basil, coriander, apples, eggs, eggplants, corn, Turkish bread, fruit juice, tomatoes, and lots of other fresh stuff. I also had a great time dancing to the Bluegrass duo, and munching on my rhubarb tart.

Annalena has been bugging me all week to go and see our cousins Hannah, Leah and Ruby. So this afternoon we all went down to visit them. Annalena danced with Hannah and played the piano while I had a big hug with auntie Julie.

 

After having so much fun with my cousins we went home, all had some yummy food (I had yummy mummy milk, of course), and then I had a bath. I really love my bath time, as you can see.

It has been so good having Nanna Sandra stay with us, and it is going to be very sad when she goes home tomorrow. I’m really going to miss her, and I know Annalena will miss her too.

 

Today was absolutely fantastic. We went to see the bUGS at their first ever gig. There was great music and dancing, and lots of boys and girls and babies really getting into it. Its the best music fun I’ve had since I went to see Dan Zanes with Jida.

 

This afternoon we had a visit from my dad’s aunt Ester and some of my dad’s (and my) cousins: Rebecca, Miles, Maceo, Melody and Rowdy. They brought me and Annalena some great presents and we all had a nice afternoon tea together.
