Today was dress-up day at the Baby Childrens Centre (I’m not calling it the Baby Centre any more as I’m no longer a baby). I went as a pussy cat with a long black tail and cute ears. We had so much fun.

 

After afternoon tea my mum came to take me home, and I had a big long play on the mini trampoline we borrowed from the toy library this week.

Then, this evening we went back to the baby centre for a fish’n'chip night. All the kids came with their mummys and daddys and we ate fish and chips for dinner together. My dad made some yummy vegetarian chilli squid, which looked great but was a little spicy for me (and a little rubbery).

Yesterday we all went on a huge adventure, driving out all the way to the Emerald Winterfest. Mila and Famke were there too, and so was Jida. We all got together for a huge dance when the band formerly known as the bUGS went on stage. It was a shame so few other kids were there, because it was a fabulous gig, and Mila and I danced till we dropped. After the band finished we went down to see Puffing Billy, which was held up by bushrangers. Then we went to play with some very cute baby animals. I fed the little lamb, chased the baby pigs, and had a big cuddle with a tiny little bunny rabbit.

 

When we came home I was much too excited to sleep, so instead I went outside with dad to play with the bubble wand we got from the festival.

 

This morning it was cold and wet, so I dressed up in my fabulous yellow splash suit with my yellow gumboots so I could splash in all the puddles all the way to the Childrens Centre.
