Instruction for watching videos:
Newer videos use a Flash-based player, so just require a browser with the flash plugin. This is the same approach as sites like YouTube, so if you can watch videos from those sites then you should be able to here.
For older videos you may need to install the Xvid codec from here to view the video clips. You will need to download the correct Xvid codec. If you use Windows the latest file is here - download the file then install Xvid by running the .exe file by double-clicking on it.
It may also take a minute or two for the clips to load, during which time the video screen will be black. So please be patient, especially if you have a slow internet connection
